景气指数 又称景气度,它是对企业景气调查中的定性指标通过定量方法加以汇总,综合反映某一特定调查群体或某一社会经济现象所处的状态或发展趋势的一种指标。企业的景气指数是根据调查企业中,选择“好”或“上升”或“乐观”的企业与选择“差”或“下降”或“不乐观”的企业的所占份额(一般以主营业务收入对比重加权,下同)之差来计算的,统一用纯正数形式表示,以100作为景气指数的临界值,其数值范围在0---200之间;当景气指数大于100时,表明经济状况趋于上升或改善,处于景气状态;当景气指数小于100时,表明经济状况趋于下降或恶化,处于不景气状态。其具体计算方法为:(选择“好”的企业份额—选择“差”的企业份额)×100+100。
企业家信心指数 是根据企业家对企业外部市场经济环境与宏观政策的认识、看法、判断与预期(通常为对“乐观”、“一般”、“不乐观”的选择)而编制的指数,用以综合反映企业家对宏观经济环境的感受与信心。
企业景气指数 是根据企业家对本企业综合生产经营情况的判断与预期(通常为对“良好”、“一般”、“不佳”的选择)而编制的指数,用以综合反映企业的生产经营状况。
各单项景气指数 是在单项指标名称之后加景气指数四个字表示,如由产品订货指标综合而成的景气指数则称之为“产品订货景气指数”。用来表示各单项指标的景气状况。
企业集团 是指以资本为主要纽带的母子公司为主体,以集团章程为共同行为规范的母公司、子公司、参股公司及其他成员企业或机构共同组成的具有一定规模的企业法人联合体。企业集团不具有企业法人资格。企业集团由母公司、子公司、参股公司以及其他成员单位组建而成。事业单位法人、社会团体法人也可以成为企业集团成员。

主营行业 指本企业集团生产经营活动的主要行业性质。企业集团往往从事多种生产经营活动,一般应根据集团内获得营业收入份额最大的三项产品或活动确定其主要行业性质。
Business Climate Index It is a qualitative index which, by adding up certain quantitative figures, reflects the status or tendency the investigated group or social economic phenomenon is in. The difference between the proportion of the enterprises whose business climate indices show “good” or “upward” or “optimistic” and that of those whose business climate indices show “bad” or “downward” or “not optimistic” is obtained by working out the difference between their major business earnings, usually expressed in positive numbers. The critical point of the business climate index is 100, with the scope between 0 and 200. When it is above 100, the index show that the economic status is in an upward trend or being ameliorated, and that the condition is in good health. When it is below 100, the index show that the economic status is in a downward trend or being deteriorated, and that the condition is in bad health. The formula for calculating business climate index is:

Entrepreneur Confidence Index It indicates the feeling about, and confidence in, the macroeconomic environment on the part of the entrepreneur, reflected by his or her interpretation, opinions, judgment, and expectation (usually expressed as “optimistic”, “ordinary”, or “not optimistic”) of the enterprise’s external market economic environment and general policies.
Enterprise Business Climate Index It indicates the enterprise’s production and management status, reflected by the entrepreneur’s judgment and expectation (usually expressed as “good”, “ordinary”, or not good”) of the general situation the enterprise’s production and management are in.
Single Item Business Climate Index It is designated by putting the single item name in front of “business climate index”, for example, order for product business climate index.
Enterprise Group refers to a group of companies linked up by capital and regulated by a group charter of business behavior. It is a federation, considerable in size, of enterprise legal persons such as parent and child companies, share-holding companies, and / or other kinds of enterprises or institutions. An enterprise group, however, does not have the legal person status. Institution and social group legal persons may also become members of an enterprise group.
Group Company It refers to those enterprises, which play the most important part in an enterprise group. It is linked up by various kinds of relations including investment, and coordinated production and management. It has a great influence over other members of the group. In the parent-child hierarchy of the enterprise group, the group company serves as the parent, dominating all other share-holders. The group company is the representative of the enterprise group.
Enterprise Group Child Company It refers to the legal person of an enterprise whose entire shares or share rights are in the hand of the parent company of the group.
Major Business It refers to the nature of the major business activities the enterprise group is engaged in. An enterprise group is generally engaged in different business activities. The three products or business activities that bring in the largest proportions of earnings usually determine the major business.
